TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once you have purchased your booking online understand that your booking is legally binding and subject to the below cancellation policy.
No booking is guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from EMAP Ltd. All bookings must be paid in full by the awards night or we have the right to refuse admittance.

Substitute/Cancellation Policy
Please note no refunds are available for table bookings or individual places. Should individual guests on your table be unable to attend, we would welcome a substitute guest attending in their place. Similarly, substitutions can be made for individual seats, at no extra charge. Please notify us by email at will.botting@EMAP.com with the name and job title of both the registered guest and the replacement guest.

We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs if we are required to cancel the Event as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).

If paying by cheque please make payable to EMAP Ltd and please ensure that the total amount includes VAT at 20%.

Your booking is provisional until payment is cleared, and you have received a confirmation email of your booking from us.
